Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all training records accurately, document assessment results and submit to the Ground Training Manager upon assessment for input into student management system.
- Ensure compliance with the RTO quality accreditation, legislative requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in reviews to continually improve the RTO quality system and ensure consistent, high-quality training services and information for students.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering aviation training.
- Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane desirable.
- Extensive experience in aviation ground theory covering all theory courses.
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory bodies.
- Experience teaching theory to a wide range of ethnic and cultural students.
