Pilot Ground Instructor – Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all training records accurately, document assessment results and submit to the Ground Training Manager upon assessment for input into student management system.
• Ensure compliance with the RTO quality accreditation, legislative requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in reviews to continually improve the RTO quality system and ensure consistent, high-quality training services and information for students.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering aviation training.
• Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane desirable.
• Extensive experience in aviation ground theory covering all theory courses.
• Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory bodies.
• Experience teaching theory to a wide range of ethnic and cultural students.
